Job Title:           Mechanical Engineer (Saudi) OR Electrical Engineer (Saudi)

Department:     Projects Department

Project Name:   Technical and Management Support for Ministry of Justice (MOJ), Projects Department.

Location:           Riyadh

Reporting to:    Project/Technical Manager
 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Mechanical Engineer

  • Work closely with MOJ Projects Department (studies, engineering design & construction management departments) to achieve projects objectives, milestones, designs, execution and delivery.
  • Provide technical support in the Mechanical (HVAC, Fire and Plumbing) Engineering discipline.
  • Review and validate Change Orders/Variations/Claims to the project scope, schedule and budget.
  • Manage design consultants, supervision consultants and contractors, coordinate priorities between multiple Tasks.
  • Represent the MOJ during progress & technical meetings with stakeholders/consultants/contractors.
  • Participate on review of technical submissions of projects (Mechanical discipline; buildings & site works). Review BOQ, Cost and Tender documents.
  • Coordinates resolution of any design-related issues of Mechanical discipline during the Construction Phase. Implements the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events to minimize the impact of the risks on the project.                                                            Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements

    Qualifications and Professional Skills:

    Mechanical Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must be Saudi Nationality, and registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
  • From 2 to 7 years’ experience on Mechanical (HVAC, Fire & Plumbing) engineering.
  • Knowledge on computer programs for Mechanical discipline.
  • Knowledge on AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good organizational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Willingness to continual-learning, upgrading-himself and establishing as a Fully Qualified recognized Mechanical engineer.

     
Electrical Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
